Personalised Support for Neurodivergent Minds
As an ADHD Coach, I empower neurodivergent individuals to develop greater self-awareness, self-confidence, and practical strategies to navigate life in a way that works for them.
My coaching approach is built around recognising and embracing strengths. ADHD and neurodiversity bring unique qualities such as creativity, innovation, problem-solving, resilience, and passion. Together, we’ll explore how to harness these strengths while developing tools to overcome the challenges that may be holding you back.
Through supportive, forward-focused conversations, I help clients gain clarity on what they’re finding difficult, identify what they want to achieve, and create realistic, achievable steps to move forward.
ADHD coaching is not therapy or diagnosis. However, I do provide psychoeducation where appropriate, helping clients better understand how ADHD affects their thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and daily life. I use a combination of directive and non-directive coaching techniques, tailoring each session to the individual’s needs and goals.
