Why I Became an ADHD Coach
My journey taught me something incredibly important: we are not broken. We simply need different tools, different support, and a greater understanding of how our minds work.
Through learning about ADHD, practising self-compassion, and developing practical strategies, I transformed the way I view myself and my abilities. I realised that so many people are facing similar struggles in silence—feeling overwhelmed by work, parenting, education, relationships, or simply trying to keep up with daily life.
That’s why I created this coaching practice.
1-2-1 ADHD Coaching
As an ADHD Coach, I empower Neurodivergent individuals to develop self-confidence, self-awareness, and help them to navigate life meaningfully. My practice is to promote strength-based approaches that recognize creativity, innovation, and resilience.
Support Groups
During the sessions, we will engage in group work activities and provide a safe space where we can share our stories, discuss / explore tools and techniques that work well / don’t work and look for developing healthy coping mechanisms and strategies.
Workplace Coaching in the Built Environment
I have a long standing career in Work Winning Construction and the Built Environment leading Bids, Business Development Teams, Marketing and Social Value teams and offer ADHD awareness and Coaching to the Built Environment.
About Me
I am certified NCFE CACHE Level 2 Understanding children and young people’s mental health.
I am BDS enhanced and have successfully completed up-to-date safeguarding training.
I am a mum of 2 Neurodivergent teenagers, I am thrill-seeking, dopamine addict, adrenaline and fitness obsessed…
ADHD has played a very large part in my life, and I have only recently realized the impact that it has had on my family and I.
Throughout my childhood, I was always “the naughty child who could do better”. The one that couldn’t sit still distracted everyone in class and talked too much.
